Connecting Impact.com

Connect your Impact account so Ezra can pull performance data, review applications, and flag conversions.

What you'll need

Your Impact account SID and Auth Token. You can find both in the Impact dashboard under Settings → API. Copy them somewhere handy before starting.

Step 1: Tell Ezra

In your Slack DM with Ezra, say connect Impact. If you're going through onboarding for the first time, Ezra will ask which platform you use -- just select Impact when prompted.

Step 2: Enter your credentials

Ezra will ask for your Account SID and Auth Token one at a time. Paste each one when prompted. Your credentials are encrypted at rest and only used to call Impact's API on your behalf.

Step 3: Verify

Ezra pulls a quick snapshot to confirm the connection is working: total active partners, yesterday's conversions, and pending applications. If the numbers look right, you're connected.

What Ezra can access

Once connected, Ezra can read:

• Partner list and applications
• Conversion and action data
• Performance metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue)
• Payout data

Ezra cannot:

• Modify commission rates
• Approve or reject applications without your confirmation
• Access billing or payment details

Disconnecting

Say disconnect Impact in your Slack DM. Your credentials are deleted immediately and Ezra loses access to Impact in seconds.
