Does Ezra ever act without my approval?

Never. Every write action — approving applications, rejecting conversions, sending emails — requires your explicit "yes" in Slack. Ezra suggests and explains its reasoning. You decide. This is a core design principle.

What data does Ezra access?

Only what your API key allows — partner data, conversions, clicks, and payouts from your affiliate platform. Ezra never reads your Slack channels, email, or anything beyond the platform you connect.

Can my whole team use Ezra?

Yes. Ezra installs once for your workspace. Anyone who DMs Ezra can interact. All actions are audit-logged.

What's the minimum business size?

No minimum. Ezra works for a program with 5 affiliates as easily as one with 500. The Free tier handles 50 conversations per month — enough for most programs getting started.

How is Ezra different from my platform's built-in alerts?

Platform alerts are notifications. Ezra is a colleague. "Conversions are down 15%" vs "Conversions are down 15% — your top 3 partners haven't posted in 8 days. Here's a nudge draft for each." The difference is actionability.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. Ezra uses Claude (Anthropic) in no-training mode. Your affiliate data, partner lists, and conversations are never used to train any model. Enforced in code.

Can I delete everything?

Message Ezra "delete me" — your account, history, and connected data wipe within 24 hours. Backups gone in 30 days.
