What counts as a "conversation"?

A conversation is one exchange with Ezra — you send a message, Ezra responds. Morning briefings, application reviews, and alert responses each count as one conversation. The 50/month free limit resets on the 1st of each month.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

Ezra stops responding and surfaces an upgrade prompt. Your data and settings are preserved — you can upgrade to Starter any time and pick up where you left off. No data loss.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any time. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. Monthly only at launch. We'll consider annual pricing once we have retention data that justifies a discount.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Free tier is the trial. Use it for as long as you want — 50 conversations/month, one platform, all core capabilities. Upgrade when you need unlimited conversations or paid-tier features.

What affiliate platforms are supported?

Impact, Everflow, Tune, and Trcker at launch. Additional platforms are added based on customer demand — if you're on a platform we don't support yet, let us know.

What's the knowledge base in Pro?

You upload your program's terms and conditions, FAQ, payout schedules, and partner guidelines. Ezra uses this to answer partner questions accurately and draft support replies grounded in your actual program rules — not generic responses.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Message Ezra "cancel" in Slack. Your subscription ends at the end of the billing cycle. Message "delete me" if you want all data wiped within 24 hours.
