Connecting Trcker

Connect your Trcker account so Ezra can monitor your affiliate program and flag what needs attention.

What you'll need

Your Trcker API key. You can find it in Trcker → Settings → API. Copy it before you start.

Step 1: Tell Ezra

In your Slack DM with Ezra, say connect Trcker. If you're going through onboarding, select Trcker when Ezra asks which platform you use.

Step 2: Enter your API key

Paste your API key when Ezra prompts you. It's encrypted at rest and only used to call the Trcker API on your behalf.

Step 3: Verify

Ezra pulls a quick snapshot to confirm the connection: active publishers, recent conversions, and a high-level program snapshot. If the numbers look right, you're connected.

What Ezra can access

Once connected, Ezra can read:

• Publisher list and status
• Conversion data
• Click and performance metrics

Ezra cannot:

• Modify publisher terms
• Adjust commission rates
• Access billing or payment details

Disconnecting

Say disconnect Trcker in your Slack DM. Your API key is deleted immediately and Ezra loses access to Trcker in seconds.
