Connecting Tune (HasOffers)

Connect your Tune account so Ezra can track affiliate performance and surface issues.

What you'll need

Your Tune Network ID and API key. You can find both in Tune → Settings → Network → API. Have them ready before you start.

Step 1: Tell Ezra

In your Slack DM with Ezra, say connect Tune. If you're going through onboarding, select Tune when Ezra asks which platform you use.

Step 2: Enter your credentials

Ezra will ask for your Network ID first, then your API key. Paste each one when prompted. Both are encrypted at rest and only used to call the Tune API on your behalf.

Step 3: Verify

Ezra pulls a quick snapshot to confirm the connection: active affiliates, recent conversions, and pending applications. If everything looks right, you're connected.

What Ezra can access

Once connected, Ezra can read:

• Affiliate list and status
• Conversion data
• Offer performance metrics
• Click data

Ezra cannot:

• Modify offers or offer terms
• Adjust payout amounts
• Access billing or payment details

Disconnecting

Say disconnect Tune in your Slack DM. Your credentials are deleted immediately and Ezra loses access to Tune in seconds.
