General
What is Ezra?
Ezra is an AI affiliate manager that lives in your Slack workspace. It connects to your affiliate platform (Impact, Everflow, Tune, or Trcker), monitors your program, and surfaces what needs your attention — applications, flagged conversions, performance changes, and partner questions.
What can Ezra actually do?
Five core capabilities: review new applications and recommend approve/reject, flag suspicious or unusual conversions, send daily morning performance briefings, generate weekly/monthly reports, and draft responses to partner questions. Ezra always suggests actions and waits for your approval before executing.
Which affiliate platforms does Ezra support?
Impact.com, Everflow, Tune (HasOffers), and Trcker. More platforms coming based on demand.
Does Ezra work with multiple platforms at once?
The Pro plan supports up to 2 affiliate platforms. Free and Starter connect to one platform per workspace. Broader multi-platform support is planned for a future release.
Billing & plans
How much does Ezra cost?
Free plan: $0/mo (50 conversations/mo, 1 platform). Starter: $99/mo (unlimited conversations, 1 platform). Pro: $299/mo (unlimited conversations, 2 platforms, knowledge base). All plans include unlimited team members. See
textezra.com/pricing for full details.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a back-and-forth exchange with Ezra about a single topic. Asking "how did we do yesterday?" is one conversation. Following up with "break that down by partner" is still the same conversation. Morning briefings and automated alerts don't count.
What happens when I hit my conversation limit?
Ezra tells you when you're approaching the limit. Once you hit it, Ezra stops responding to new requests until the next billing cycle. Morning briefings continue — they're not conversations. You can upgrade your plan anytime.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is permanently free with a 50 conversation/month cap. No credit card required. This replaces a traditional free trial — you can use Ezra indefinitely on the free tier.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. Your plan continues until the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts.
Data & security
What data does Ezra access?
Only what your API key permits. Typically: partner lists, conversion data, click/performance metrics, and application data. Ezra never accesses billing, payment, or financial account details.
Where is my data stored?
API credentials are encrypted at rest. Conversation history is stored for context within your billing period. Ezra does not train AI models on your data.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Say "delete my data" in Slack or email support. All credentials, conversation history, and cached data are deleted within 24 hours.
Who can see my conversations with Ezra?
Only workspace members who have access to the channel or DM where the conversation happens. Ezra respects Slack's existing permissions model.
Using Ezra
Does Ezra take actions without asking?
Never. Ezra suggests actions (approve this application, flag this conversion) and waits for your explicit approval. The only autonomous action is sending scheduled briefings you've opted into.
Can I use Ezra in a shared channel?
Yes. Invite Ezra to any channel. Multiple team members can interact with Ezra in the same channel, and everyone sees the conversation.
What if my platform isn't supported?
Email support@textezra.com with your platform name. We prioritize new integrations based on demand.
