Slack install permission

Standard Slack app install. Ezra gets access to DM you and respond when @mentioned. It never reads your other channels.

Your affiliate platform API key

Ezra asks which platform you use (Impact, Everflow, Tune, or Trcker) and walks you through getting the API key. Takes about 3 minutes. Your key is encrypted at rest.

What happens after you install.

Ezra sends you 4 DMs in Slack to get set up. Here's what they look like.

DM 1

"Welcome to Ezra." Quick intro — what Ezra does, what it doesn't, and what comes next. Sets expectations before asking anything.

DM 2

"Which affiliate platform do you use?" Buttons: Impact / Everflow / Tune / Trcker / Other. One tap.

DM 3

"Paste your API key." Ezra walks you through where to find it on your platform, with a step-by-step guide. Verifies the connection immediately.

DM 4

"You're set up. Try asking me something." Ezra pulls live data from your platform: "How are we doing this week?" Your first morning briefing arrives the next day at 8am.

Before you install.

Does Ezra take actions without asking?
Never. Every write action — approving an application, rejecting a conversion, sending a partner email — requires your explicit yes in Slack. Ezra suggests, you decide.
What data can Ezra see?
Only what your API key allows — partner data, conversions, clicks, and payouts from your affiliate platform. Ezra never reads your Slack channels, email, or anything outside the platform you connect.
How do I uninstall?
Two options: (1) Remove the Ezra app from your Slack workspace settings. (2) Message Ezra "delete me" — your account, history, and all connected data wipe within 24 hours.
Is this really free?
The Free plan is genuinely free — 50 conversations per month, 1 affiliate platform, core capabilities. No credit card, no trial expiration. Paid plans (Starter $99/mo, Pro $299/mo) unlock unlimited conversations and additional features. See pricing.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Ezra uses Claude (Anthropic) in no-training mode. Your affiliate data, partner lists, and conversations are never used to train any AI model. Enforced in code, not just policy.
What if I'm not on Impact, Everflow, Tune, or Trcker?
Tell Ezra "Other" during onboarding and we'll note your platform. We add platforms based on customer demand — your request helps prioritize.
