Ezra isn't replying to my messages in Slack.

Check that the Ezra app is still installed in your workspace (Apps section in Slack). If it shows as installed but you still aren't getting replies, email support@textezra.com with your team ID (found in your Slack workspace URL).

I want to change my morning briefing time.

DM Ezra "change my briefing time to 9am" (or whatever you prefer). Ezra updates the schedule in place. If the request doesn't get understood, email us and we'll change it manually.

I need to switch affiliate platforms.

DM Ezra "I want to switch to [Impact / Everflow / Tune / Trcker]" and we'll send you a fresh credential link. Your existing data stays put. Past briefings, partner relationships, and ICP profile carry over.

How do I cancel?

You can uninstall the Ezra Slack app any time from your workspace's Apps directory. If you're on a paid plan, send us a note at support@textezra.com and we'll stop billing on your next cycle. No exit fees, no clawbacks.

Is my data secure?

Your API credentials are collected through a signed one-time web link (never through Slack messages), encrypted at rest with AES-256 Fernet keys derived via HKDF, and never logged. See our privacy policy for full details on data handling.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes. Reply to any of our emails with "want to hop on a call" and we'll schedule. Most issues resolve over email faster than a call, but we're happy to jump on if it's quicker for you.
